What is Euro Charms?

  • Euro Charms are european brand compatible charms that are especially threaded to fit Pandora bracelets.
  • All our charms & bracelets are made of genuine S925 sterling silver with the highest quality grade.
  • Two toned charms are made with genuine S925 sterling silver & 14k gold “plated” 
  • Our bracelets / charms can be worn everyday even when you bathe & will never rust. However, ALL silverware will Tarnish & will turn slightly blackish or yellowish colour. This process is called Oxidation due to hydrogen sulfide in the air & also different pH excretion / acid of our body (sweat)
  • Tarnish in silverware are very easy to clean off. We will provide a piece of Silver Polish Cloth together with your order. Simply clean your silver jewelry with our cloth to bring back the colour & shine. This cloth can be re-used as many times as you wish until the cloth completely darkens

Do you have ex-stocks for all the products?
All Euro Charms, Kids & Household products are ex-stocks. For Sports, kindly contact us for size availability

How do I make payment for my orders?
At the checkout page you can select your preferred payment method (Paypal / credit card / bank transfer

How long will it take for my orders to be delivered?
The parcel will be sent out via Airpak/Abx/PosLaju courier after payment confirmation is received. You should be able to receive your items within 2-4 days depending on your delivery location

Return Request
For Euro Charms, we offer a 14 days Return Policy for any defective item (from received date)
For Kids & Household items, all returned goods must be unused & retained in the original packaging. Any used, scratched or damaged items are not acceptable for returns.

We will not entertain any return parcel without our prior notice or awareness. Email your request along with a digital photo of the defects to Once we have confirmed the defect and approved your return request, kindly send the item back to us & ensure that all merchandise tag along with the original packaging (if have) is included in the return parcel. If the returned goods have been further damaged in any way, we will not accept for replacement.
(return delivery cost shall be borne by the buyer).
We will proceed to send the replacement item only after we have received the returned parcel
