What is CHARMSALLURE.COM?
We are a website selling european brand compatible charms with reasonable price and are especially threaded to fit Pandora bracelets

What are the material used to make the charms?
All our charms & bracelets are made of genuine S925 sterling silver with the highest quality grade

What material are used for two toned charms?
Our two toned charms are made with genuine S925 sterling silver & 14k gold “plated” (gold colour will fade over time) as our charms are set at a very low price, it is not possible to use real 14k gold

Will the bracelet / charms change colour?
Our bracelets / charms can be worn everyday even when you bathe & will never rust. However, ALL silverware will Tarnish & will turn slightly blackish or yellowish colour. This process is called Oxidation due to hydrogen sulfide in the air & also different pH excretion / acid of our body (sweat)

How do I clean my Silver Jewelry?
Tarnish in silverware are very easy to clean off. We will provide a piece of Silver Polish Cloth free of charge together with your order. Simply clean your silver jewelry with our cloth to bring back the colour & shine. This cloth can be re-used as many times as you wish until the cloth completely darkens

How do I make a payment for my orders?
At the checkout page you can select your preferred payment method (Paypal / credit card / bank transfer (MAYBANK)

Can I self collect my purchase?
We do not offer self collect options. All orders / payment are through our Charmsallure.com website only. Your order will be sent via PosLaju

Do I need to pay for delivery?
We offer free delivery nationwide via PosLaju with minimum order of RM100

How long will it take for my orders to be delivered?
The parcel will be sent out via PosLaju the following workday after payment confirmation is received. A Poslaju tracking number will be sent to you via email. You should be able to receive your items within 1-2 days time (usually 1 working day) depending on your delivery location

What happens if the item is damaged upon receiving?
Each item is cleaned & inspected before packing & we offer a 14 days Return Policy for any damaged / defective item (from received date).
Email your request along with a digital photo of the damaged / defective item to ask@charmsallure.com. Once we have confirmed the defect and approved your return request, kindly send the item back to us (return delivery cost shall be borne by the buyer).
We will proceed to send the replacement item only after we have received the returned parcel
