What is Euro Charms?

  • Euro Charms are european brand compatible charms that are especially threaded to fit Pandora bracelets.
  • All our charms & bracelets are made of genuine S925 sterling silver with the highest quality grade.
  • Two toned charms are made with genuine S925 sterling silver & 14k gold “plated” 

Will the bracelet / charms change colour?

  • Our bracelets / charms can be worn everyday even when you bathe & will never rust. However, ALL silverware will Tarnish & will turn slightly blackish or yellowish colour. This process is called Oxidation due to hydrogen sulfide in the air & also different pH excretion / acid of our body (sweat)
  • Tarnish in silverware are very easy to clean off. We will provide a piece of Silver Polish Cloth together with your order. Simply clean your silver jewelry with our cloth to bring back the colour & shine. This cloth can be re-used as many times as you wish until the cloth completely darkens

All Euro Charms are ex-stocks

How do I make payment for my orders?
At the checkout page you can select your preferred payment method (Paypal / bank transfer)

Do I need to pay for delivery?

  • We offer FREE delivery nationwide via PosLaju with minimum order of RM150
    Orders less than RM150 will be charged RM10 delivery fee
  • We offer FREE delivery for International orders above RM400
    Orders less than RM400 will be charged RM35 shipping fee

How long will it take for my orders to be delivered?

  • The parcel will be sent out via PosLaju courier after payment confirmation is received. You should be able to receive your items within 2-4 working days depending on your delivery location
  • International orders will be sent out via PosMalaysia Air Mail after payment confirmation is received. You should be able to receive your items within 10-14 working days depending on your delivery location

Return Request
Each item is cleaned & inspected before packing. However we do offer a 14 days Return Policy for any damaged / defective item (from received date)
Kindly email your request along with a digital photo of the damaged / defective item to
ask@charmsallure.com.
We will not entertain any return parcel without our prior notice or awareness. Once we have confirmed the defect and approved your return request, kindly send the item back to us 
(return delivery cost shall be borne by the buyer).
We will proceed to send the replacement item only after we have received the returned parcel
